Autumn Care of Mechanicsville is seeking a dedicated dietary teammate to prepare meals for residents in a skilled nursing setting. You will follow prescribed diet specifications, uphold food safety standards, and work under the supervision of the Food Service Director.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Working knowledge of the fundamentals of food safety and sanitation.
• Must meet and remain current with state specific requirements for food handler training.

Responsabilités

• Prepare food in accordance with prescribed resident diet specifications, community procedures, and food safety and sanitation regulations under the supervision of the Food Service Director.
