Saber Healthcare Group in Bryn Mawr, CA is seeking a part-time Dietary Aide to prepare meals per resident diet specifications and safety standards, under the supervision of the Food Service Director. Health/sanitation policies are followed, and staff contribute to a caring community.

Qualifications

• Must be a high school graduate or equivalent.
• Working knowledge of food safety and sanitation fundamentals.
• Must meet state food handler training requirements.
• Two years of experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food in accordance with prescribed resident diet specifications and procedures.
• Follow health, sanitary and infection control policies.
• Operate within the community's dietary policies and procedures.
