Job summary

Saugus Rehab and Nursing is seeking a compassionate Dietary Assistant to join our care team in Saugus, Massachusetts. You will help provide nourishing meals to residents, plate dishes with care, and maintain a clean, safe dining area compliant with safety standards.

Responsibilities include serving meals, coordinating with staff to ensure resident satisfaction, and keeping kitchen and dining spaces orderly in a fast-paced environment. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively with residents and staff.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve meals to residents, including plating and garnishing dishes.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen and dining areas.
• Communicate with residents and healthcare staff to ensure resident satisfaction.
