Job summary

Responsibilities

• Follow recipe directions, diet orders, tray cards, and daily work assignments accurately.
• Prepare food items, serve meal trays, and handle soiled dishes with hygiene care.
• Operate dietary equipment and keep work areas cleaned and sanitized.
• Work safely around cleaning agents and sanitation chemicals.
