Job summary

Healthcare Services Group (HCSG) is hiring a Dietary Aide to prepare and serve meals for residents in a long-term care facility. You will assist with food preparation, serve meals according to dietary needs, and maintain a clean kitchen environment.

The ideal candidate should have a high school diploma, food service experience preferred, and the ability to work as part of a team while providing excellent customer service. Certification based on State / County law is required.

Qualifications

• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
• Maintain a positive attitude and effectively communicate with others.
• Must lift/carry a maximum of 30 pounds and push/pull a maximum of 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist with food preparation, including chopping vegetables and preparing salads.
• Serve meals to residents according to dietary needs and portion sizes.
• Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and dining areas.
