Job summary

MABEL HEALTHCARE CENTER, INC is seeking a part-time Dietary Aide for Green Lea Senior Living in Mabel, MN. In this role, you will assist with meal preparation and service while ensuring food safety and dietary needs are met.

Enjoy a positive and supportive work culture, with affordable staff meals. Ideal candidates will be at least 16 years old, and while experience in a senior living community is preferred, it is not required.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Experience working in a senior living community is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with meal preparation, portioning, and meal service.
• Follow special dietary needs and food safety guidelines.
• Set up, clean, and sanitize dining areas and kitchen spaces.
• Document residents’ food intake as required.
• Interact with residents during mealtimes and assist as needed.
• Communicate any concerns related to residents’ eating habits to nursing or supervisory staff.
