Job summary

Blumenthal Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, partnered with Live Well Healthcare Solutions, is seeking a Dietary Aide to support our dietary team in a Skilled Nursing Facility.

You will follow recipe directions and diet orders, assist with tray assembly, serve meals, handle dishes, and maintain clean work areas while participating in a patient-centered dining program.

This role requires reliability, weekend rotation, and a cooperative spirit in a fast-paced healthcare kitchen.

Qualifications

• Ability to understand and follow recipe directions, diet orders, tray cards, and work assignments.
• Willingness and ability to perform routine tasks with frequent interruptions.
• Comfortable around cleaning agents and chemicals.
• Ability to work with other work routines such as preparing food items, serving trays, handling soiled dishes, operating dietary equipment, and cleaning work area.
• Patient and tolerant in a dietary team environment.
• Ability to work every other weekend.
