City Scape Rehabilitation and Care Center is seeking a caring Dietary Aide to join our skilled nursing team. You will assist in meal preparation, service, and monitor food handling to ensure quality nutrition for our residents.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency preferred.
• One year’s work experience in long term care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepares meals according to menu and food handling guidelines.
• Monitors and maintains nutrition care in accordance with regulations.
• Assists with food ordering, storage, and preparation.
• Maintains standards for food preparation and quality of service.
• Completes prep and cleaning duties and supports kitchen operations.

Education
