Qualifications

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Completion of ServSafe Food Handler Certification within 90 days of start.
• Must demonstrate the ability to serve with love, compassion, and dignity.

Responsibilities

• Serves high-quality, nourishing meals, snacks, and beverages to residents, considering dietary preferences and restrictions.
• Prepares dining areas and maintains a clean, welcoming environment for social gatherings and meals.
• Assists in keeping the kitchen sanitary and organized, following safety and sanitation protocols.
• Engages with residents compassionately, reflecting the values of love, compassion, and dignity in interactions.
