Qualifications

• Available to work every other weekend, holidays, and as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and service of meals, snacks, and beverages.
• Prepare and store food according to department procedures and state/federal regulations.
• Ensure sanitary preparation and storage areas.
• Transport trays and carts to or from resident floors.
• Handle, store, and dispose of food supplies.
• Follow infection control policies and resident tray handling.
• Communicate with the Director of Food Service or Assistant Director of Food Service during shift.
