The role requires WA-licensed dentists with DDS/DMD credentials, EHR proficiency and a commitment to patient education, team collaboration and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Delivers high-quality dental care with strong clinical judgment.

Responsibilities

• Provide dental care for all ages per WA licensing.
• Collaborate with the primary care team.
• Integrate patient education into all treatment phases.
• Develop and execute treatment plans and assessments.
• Refer patients to appropriate specialists as needed.
• Lead a small team of support staff and ensure service quality.
• Document encounters accurately and timely.
