Job summary

Driscoll Family Dental in Pasadena, MD is seeking a skilled Dentist to join our busy practice known for compassionate care and a modern facility. The ideal candidate holds a DDS/DMD, is licensed in Maryland, and has experience in clinical or private practice, with a strong bedside manner and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD degree from an ADA-accredited dental school is required.
• Board Certified and/or Board Eligible in General Dentistry.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Previous experience in clinical or private practice.
• CPR, BLS, and NPI certifications.
• Deep understanding of dental standards and dental medicine trends.
• Excellent bedside manner and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide thorough examinations to determine overall dental health and evaluate patients for signs of gum disease, cavities, and infection.
• Diagnose and treat dental problems including root canals, extractions, and restoration.
• Perform dental care treatments including x-rays, fillings, sealants, and cosmetic dental services.
• Consult with other dental specialists when necessary.
• Supervise staff.
• Provide education to patients on oral hygiene and use of orthodontics and dental appliances.
• Adhere to strict health and safety guidelines.
