Strong communication and empathy are essential to build trust with patients and coworkers. Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of dental assisting experience, professional demeanor, and a proactive attitude toward patient comfort and safety.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of Dental Assisting experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare exam rooms, sterilize instruments, and ready equipment for dentists.
• Assist dentists during procedures by handing instruments and anticipating needs.
• Take and process X-rays of patients.
• Maintain accurate patient records and assist with payment procedures.
• Greet patients and schedule appointments.
• Advise patients on recommended oral hygiene.
