Qualifications
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
- CNA or PCA certification is required.
- CPR & First Aid certification; TB skin test or chest X-ray within dates specified.
- Background check and drug screening required.
- Valid Georgia driver's license and reliable vehicle.
Responsibilities
- Assist with personal care tasks, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
- Support individuals with mobility, transfers, and ambulation.
- Monitor vital signs and provide medication reminders.
- Assist with meal planning, preparation, and feeding.
- Engage clients in meaningful activities and provide companionship.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.
- Communicate effectively with clients and their families.
- Complete daily activity logs for each shift.
