Senior Helpers in Chandler, AZ is seeking caring caregivers to provide in-home support and companionship. You will help clients feel safe, comfortable, and cared for, building genuine connections through daily care and assistance.

The role includes assisting with personal care, meals, documentation, and transportation, with flexible scheduling and opportunities for training and professional development. CPR certification is preferred, and a valid license/insurance is required where applicable.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Access to reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license/insurance.
• Background check clearance and TB test may be required.
• Fingerprint clearance card and CPR certification preferred.
• Must be able to pass a background check and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Grooming and bathing patients with low mobility.
• Ensure clients have regular meals when needed.
• Document information and maintain records.
• Follow safety procedures at all times.
• Assist with lightweight household tasks.
• Communicate with family when needed.
• Assist with incontinence care and hygiene.
• Provide transportation to appointments or errands.
