Responsibilities

• Assist with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, meals).
• Help customers attend appointments and run errands or arrange transport.
• Support goals to improve quality of life and community integration.
• Provide written daily updates of shift activities via an online platform.
• Observe conditions and monitor surroundings to ensure safety.
• Perform other duties as assigned and uphold HIPAA rules.
