ContinueCARE Hospital at Hendrick Medical Center is seeking experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) for a direct hire, full-time role in a specialty LTAC setting. You will provide care to medically complex and critically ill patients and work with an interdisciplinary team.

The position offers competitive pay with shift differentials, comprehensive benefits, and PTO. Candidates should have an active RN license and at least one year of acute care, ICU, or LTAC experience; BLS, ACLS within 90 days;

Qualifications

• Active RN license is required.
• 1+ year of acute care, ICU, or LTAC experience strongly preferred.
• BLS certification required; ACLS within 90 days of hire.
• Strong clinical judgment and commitment to excellent patient care.
• Compassionate, team-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to critically ill or medically complex patients.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team to coordinate care plans.
• Monitor patient progress, administer medications and treatments, document findings.
• Educate patients and families, and advocate for long-term health and recovery.
• Maintain compliance with policies, standards and regulatory guidelines.
