Campbell Hall Rehabilitation Center in Campbell Hall, NY is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our compassionate rehabilitation team. The role provides OT-assisted treatments to help residents regain skills and independence in daily living, mobility, and functional tasks.

Under supervision of a licensed OT, the COTA will document progress, collaborate with nursing and therapy staff, and promote safety and quality of care for residents in a long-term care setting.

Qualifications

• Current New York State COTA license required.
• Experience in long-term care or rehabilitation preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented.

Responsabilités

• Provide occupational therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist.
• Assist residents with improving daily living skills, mobility, coordination, and independence.
• Implement individualized treatment plans based on resident needs and goals.
• Document treatments, progress, and resident responses accurately.
• Work collaboratively with nursing, therapy, and other interdisciplinary team members.
• Promote resident safety, dignity, and quality of care.
