Windward Palms in Florida, part of Grace Management Inc., seeks a full-time Cook to prepare wholesome meals for residents and ensure proper temperatures and presentation. The Cook reports to the Dining Services Director and will work within a team to maintain a clean, safe kitchen.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or GED at a minimum.
• Minimum two years cooking experience, preferably in healthcare or hospitality.
• Serv-Safe certification preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and serve meals with high quality ingredients and proper temperature.
• Record temperatures and monitor kitchen safety and sanitation.
• Label, date, and store foods properly.
• Maintain inventory and assist in stock levels daily.
• Work as a team and follow safety procedures.
