Job summary

Covenant Case Management Services is seeking compassionate and dedicated Direct Care Support Professionals to provide community living support for an individual with intellectual disabilities in the Burlington area. This role requires patience, empathy, and strong communication to effectively support individuals with disabilities.

You will deliver one-on-one assistance, help with daily living activities, ensure safety in home and community, support transportation and community outings, and

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Experience working with individuals with disabilities preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate and patient demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one support, assistance, and companionship.
• Assist with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and medication administration.
• Ensure the individual's safety and well-being in the home and community.
• Maintain a positive and supportive atmosphere.
