Job summary

Marpè Therapy Services, Inc. is seeking compassionate Community Living Supports (CLS) Providers in Kentucky to support individuals in their homes and communities. This is a 1099 Independent Contractor opportunity with a pay rate of $17.00 per hour.

Responsibilities include assisting with ADLs, promoting social participation, providing transportation, supporting communication needs, and following person-centered plans to help clients achieve personal goals.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience with developmental or intellectual disabilities is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and maintain professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with activities of daily living (ADLs) and personal care.
• Support community participation, socialization, and skill development.
• Provide transportation to recreational activities and community outings.
• Support individuals with verbal and non-verbal communication needs.
• Follow person-centered support plans and help individuals achieve goals.
• Provide redirection when needed.
