Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: Six months in human services or direct care preferred.
• Skills: Communication, adaptability, multitasking, teamwork, time-management.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal hygiene and support individuals with developmental goals.
• Help participants engage in community activities and daily living.
• Provide compassionate, patient care and clear communication with participants.
• Support participants with budgeting, exercise, and nutrition goals.
• Document observations and participate in teamwork with supervisors.
