Accolade Healthcare of Savoy is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to perform fundamental nursing tasks under the supervision of an LPN or RN. You will provide personal care and restorative assistance to residents, supporting daily living activities and promoting resident independence.

This role emphasizes teamwork with nursing leadership, maintaining HIPAA compliance, and delivering high-quality care with professionalism and empathy in a busy resident care setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Nurse aide training certificate approved by IL Board of Education/IDPR.
• Active listing or eligibility on IL IDPR CNA registry.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform personal care tasks and assist residents with activities of daily living.
• Support residents in achieving independence in self-performance activities.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and protect resident privacy.
• Collaborate with Director of Nursing and care team.
• Communicate with residents, families, and staff with professionalism.
• Remain calm and professional during emergencies and high census periods.
• Follow English verbal and written communications and document accurately.
