Job summary

Professional Care Match, Inc. d/b/a Perfect Care Match is seeking Home Health Aides in Massachusetts.

The role provides competitive pay ($18–$24 per hour) with weekly pay and earned sick time, along with opportunities for professional development and a supportive work environment. Responsibilities include assisting patients with activities of daily living, providing companionship, monitoring health, and maintaining safety and cleanliness per care plans.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Home Health Aide or in a similar role.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and handle a high-volume workload.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (up to 50 pounds).
• Valid driver\'s license and reliable transportation are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation
• Provide companionship and support to patients, including engaging in activities and conversation
• Monitor patients\' health and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate healthcare professionals
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients, including adhering to safety protocols
• Follow care plans and protocols as directed by healthcare professionals
• Other duties as assigned
