Job summary

Taylor County Health & Rehab is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide compassionate daily care to residents in a compassionate, patient-centered environment. You will assist with ADLs, transfers, and mobility while monitoring residents’ conditions and reporting changes to nurses.

Qualifications

• CNA certification required or eligible in Georgia.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Provide patient-centered, compassionate care to residents.
• Support mobility, transfers, and positioning.
• Monitor and report changes in residents’ condition.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.
• Collaborate with nurses and interdisciplinary teams to deliver care.
• Foster a respectful atmosphere for residents and families.
