Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supports patients with activities of daily living.
• Assists with personal hygiene.
• Takes vital signs and measures height/weight.
• Feeds and ambulates patients according to procedures.
• Maintains clean and orderly patient rooms.
• Observes and reports changes in patient conditions.
• Assists with unit orientation and safety instruction for patients and families.
• Assists with clerical tasks including answering phones, data entry, and maintaining medical records.
• Maintains stock and supplies in inventory.
• Performs duties as Nurse Aide I or II per state Nursing Board tasks.
• Performs technical tasks with training such as 12-lead ECG and venipuncture.
