Qualifications
- Active NJ CNA Certification required.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and compassion.
- Excellent communication and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding.
- Support mobility, transfers, and proper positioning for safety and comfort.
- Take, record, and report vital signs.
- Observe and report changes to licensed nursing staff.
- Provide basic nursing care under supervision.
- Maintain resident dignity, privacy, and confidentiality.
- Maintain a clean, safe, sanitary environment.
- Document care per facility policies and infection control protocols.
- Provide emotional support and companionship.
- Assist with meals and ensure nutrition and hydration.
- Communicate effectively with nurses and care team.
