Job summary

American Senior Communities is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant at Hickory Creek Winamac to deliver compassionate, resident-centered care. You will assist with daily living activities, mobility, meals, and provide emotional support in a warm, homelike setting.

Qualifications

• Valid and current Indiana CNA certification.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting and mobility assistance.
• Compassionate care with a focus on geriatric residents.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and emotional support to residents.
• Collaborate with nursing teams to ensure coordinated care.
• Assist with daily living activities: bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting.
• Assist with mobility and transfers to promote independence.
• Support residents during meals and respect dietary needs.
• Monitor changes in residents' well-being and report them.
