Otterbein SeniorLife is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant - CNA/STNA to support residents in a person-centered care environment. You will promote independence, provide high-quality care, and help residents make choices about their daily lives with compassion.

Qualifications

• Education: High School diploma or equivalent.
• Certification: CNA/STNA certification required in Ohio; must pass state test and be listed on Nurse Aide Registry; on-the-job assistance offered to obtain certification.

Responsibilities

• Providing high-quality care and safety to elders
• Presenting elders with choices and decision-making opportunities
• Engaging in meaningful activities with elders
• Assisting elders in getting up and going to bed as they desire
• Planning and cooking favorite foods and sharing meals with residents
• Laundry and light housekeeping tasks
