Job summary

Willow Park Healthcare Center in Lawton, OK is seeking compassionate Certified Nursing Aides (CNAs) to join our skilled nursing team. CNAs provide direct patient care, assist residents with ADLs, monitor comfort, and promote dignity and quality of life for elderly and medically complex residents.

The ideal candidate is patient-focused, reliable, and able to work well in a team. Requires active CNA certification in Oklahoma; prior experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, or rehabilitation

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification in Oklahoma.
• Experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, or rehabilitation preferred.
• Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition residents.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding.
• Take and record vital signs such as blood pressure, temperature, pulse, and respiration.
• Assist residents with mobility, transfers, and repositioning to prevent pressure injuries.
• Observe and report changes in resident condition to the licensed nurse.
• Maintain accurate documentation of care provided and support residents with meals and hydration.
