Qualifications

• Must pass a state-issued exam.
• Required valid certification as a CNA in Missouri.
• Six months experience in long-term care preferred.
• Maintain working email and phone for employer communication.
• Ability to react decisively and quickly in emergencies.
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff.

Responsibilities

• Answer signal lights and bells to determine resident needs.
• Assist residents with grooming, oral hygiene, bathing, and incontinence care.
• Assist with feeding and range-of-motion exercises.
• Provide personal care and comfort; assist with mobility.
• Monitor and record vitals and intake/output as directed.
• Communicate changes in residents' condition to the nursing team.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.
