Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities including personal care, meals, housekeeping, laundry, and orientation.
• Support health and wellness by monitoring residents and ensuring safety.
• Engage residents in social activities and provide information as needed.
• Follow care plans and communicate resident needs to the health team.
