Job summary

StoneBridge Senior Living in Hermann, MO is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to support nurses and care for residents. The role focuses on ADL assistance, mobility, meal service, and monitoring residents’ health per care plans.

A $3,500 sign-on bonus is offered for full-time new hires. The successful candidate will have a CNA certification, strong communication skills, and prior long-term care experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Aide in good standing with certification board or graduate of state-approved CNA program and passed competency within 120 days of employment.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Current CPR/BLS certification preferred.
• At least one year of CNA experience in long-term care preferred.
• Able to communicate effectively in writing and verbally in an interdisciplinary care setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide supportive services to nursing staff and perform duties as assigned.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living per care plans and policies.
• Assist with transfers, positioning, and mobility aids.
• Coordinate dining room services during meals and document intake.
• Provide nutritional supplements and track intake.
• Record resident weight and report changes to nurse/supervisor.
• Monitor skin condition and report issues to nurse/supervisor.
• Assist with toileting programs and complete flow sheets daily.
• Report changes in resident condition to the nurse and supervisor.
