Job summary

Fairacres Manor is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) on a PRN basis in Colorado. You will work closely with an interdisciplinary team under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, delivering high-quality care with compassion and respect to our residents.

Responsibilities include ADL support, following care plans, and promptly addressing resident needs. Competitive pay, shift differentials, and benefits are offered to qualified candidates.

Qualifications

• Valid and active CNA certification is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver daily care to residents as directed by the Charge Nurse.
• Support residents with Activities of Daily Living including hygiene, mobility, nutrition, and hydration.
• Ensure individual Plans of Care are followed and updated as needed.
• Respond promptly to resident calls and requests.
• Monitor and report changes in skin condition or signs of pressure areas.
• Assist with restorative and rehabilitative activities as assigned.
• Foster a supportive and respectful environment for residents and coworkers.
