Job summary

Riverton Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center seeks compassionate CNAs to join our team. We offer full-time, part-time, and PRN opportunities with a competitive hourly wage of $18 to $24.50, all-inclusive.

As a CNA, you will provide hands-on resident care under licensed staff, uphold dignity and safety, and help residents with daily activities in a sub-acute and long-term care setting. Must hold an active CNA license in the state, valid BLS/CPR, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current, active CNA license in the state of employment.
• Valid BLS/CPR certification required.
• Ability to work effectively with multiple residents in a fast-paced, team-oriented healthcare environment.
• Demonstrated compassion, patience, and commitment to providing high-quality resident care.
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow directions accurately and consistently.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic resident care under the direction and supervision of licensed nursing staff in a safe, compassionate, and respectful manner.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility assistance, and changing linens.
• Provide supportive care and services to ensure residents’ physical, emotional, and daily living needs are consistently met.
• Observe residents and report changes in condition, behavior, or needs to nursing staff in a timely and accurate manner.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment that promotes dignity and well-being for all residents.
• Support nursing staff and the care team in delivering high-quality, resident-centered care.
