Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living including feeding and hydration.
• Assist with personal hygiene, bathing, and grooming.
• Support residents with ambulation and positioning to prevent discomfort.
• Monitor and document vital signs and intake/output.
• Respond to call bells and ensure resident comfort and safety.
• Maintain privacy and confidentiality in all resident interactions (HIPAA).
• Follow facility policies and state/federal regulations and participate in ongoing education.
