Job summary

Orlando Senior Health Network is seeking a qualified Certified Nursing Assistant to provide personal care and assistance to residents. You will observe and report changes, assist with activities of daily living, and maintain a clean, safe environment per universal precautions.

You will help with bathing, dressing, feeding, mobility, and transfers while upholding residents' rights and confidentiality. A Florida CNA certification and English proficiency are required; CPR is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have a current CNA certification in Florida.
• High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months related experience.
• CPR card preferred.
• Ability to read, write and speak English clearly.
• Ability to lift and move residents safely.
• Commitment to resident rights and HIPAA policies.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and assistance with activities of daily living (dress, grooming, bathing).
• Observe and report changes in residents’ condition to Charge Nurse.
• Assist in admissions, discharges, and transfers.
• Maintain clean, comfortable environment and follow universal precautions.
• Assist with feeding, mobility, and environmental needs.
• Ensure infection control and safety policies are followed.
