Aliya Healthcare is seeking a compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team and support residents with daily living activities, maintaining health, comfort and dignity.

The role includes assisting with bathing, grooming, meals, mobility; monitoring vital signs; documenting care; and upholding HIPAA. Current CNA certification and CPR are required; must be 18+, with the ability to lift up to 100 pounds.

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification in accordance with state law.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities including bathing, grooming, toileting and dressing.
• Serve meals, assist with feeding, and provide water and nourishment between meals.
• Support residents with mobility, including ambulating, turning, and positioning.
• Monitor and document vital signs, weight, intake and output.
• Ensure resident comfort and respond promptly to call lights and requests.
• Report changes in resident condition to the nursing supervisor.
• Maintain accurate documentation of care provided and resident observations.
• Uphold resident privacy and dignity in accordance with HIPAA and facility standards.
• Comply with all federal, state, and facility regulations and guidelines.
• Stay current through educational opportunities and maintaining CNA certification.
• Perform other duties as assigned

Skills And Qualifications

Long Term Care Experience Preferred

Current CPR certification required

Ability to lift up to 100 pounds and assist residents with physical mobility needs
