Job summary

Wellmore of Lexington is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide person-centered care to residents in our senior living community. The CNA assists with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, toileting, mobility, and meals, while monitoring and reporting changes in condition to nursing staff.

You will take vital signs, document care, and support restorative and memory care needs.

Qualifications

• Must be a certified nursing assistant (CNA) in good standing.
• Experience in senior living or long-term care preferred.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, toileting, mobility, meals).
• Monitor and report changes in residents' condition to the nursing staff.
• Take and record vital signs and document care provided.
• Support restorative and memory care needs and participate in care planning.
