Job summary

Woodland Care & Rehab Center is seeking compassionate CNAs to join our dedicated team in Missouri. You will assist residents with grooming, feeding, hygiene, and mobility, while delivering high-quality, person-centered care.

Qualifications

Valid Missouri CNA certification.
Experience in senior care preferred.

Responsibilities

Answers signal lights to determine resident needs.
Assists residents with grooming, oral hygiene, bathing, hair and incontinence care.
Assists residents with feeding.
Assists residents with range of motion exercises.
Provides for personal care and comfort.
Moves residents to wheelchairs and activity areas.
Assists ambulation for short distances in facility.
Takes and records temperature, blood pressure, pulse, and respiration.
Provides direct and indirect resident care.
Meets the communication needs of resident and family.
Communicates changes in residents' condition to nursing staff.
Performs other tasks as assigned.
