Job summary

Brightview Senior Living is seeking caring caregivers to provide warm personal care and companionship to residents. You will assist with daily activities and support residents in a respectful, compassionate manner.

Responsibilities include monitoring changes with residents, coordinating with nursing staff to update care plans, and encouraging participation in community programs and activities. Competitive benefits and ongoing training are offered.

Qualifications

• Positive attitude and love working with people.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current state certification as CNA/HHA/CHHA or Medication Aide Certified is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, engaging personal care and companionship.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Monitor changes in care needs and update the Resident Care Plan with the nurse.
• Encourage participation in community programs and activities.
