Job summary

Brightview Senior Living is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide warm personal care, support and companionship to residents in Towson, MD. You will assist with activities of daily living and participate in community programs.

Engage with residents, monitor changes in their care needs, and coordinate with the nursing staff to update care plans. A high school diploma is required; CNA/HHA certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• Positive attitude and love working with people.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• CNA/HHA/CHHA- Medication Aide Certified is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, engaging personal care and companionship to residents.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Observe changes in residents' day and personal care needs and work with the Nurse to update their care plan.
• Encourage participation in community programs and activities.
