Job summary

Brightview Senior Living is seeking dedicated caregivers in Norwalk, CT to provide warm, engaging personal care and companionship. You will assist residents with daily activities and work with the Nurse to update each resident's care plan. Encourage involvement in community programs and activities to enrich lives daily.

The role emphasizes a compassionate approach, teamwork, and attention to residents' changing needs. CNAs/HHAs with certification are welcomed; HS diploma or equivalent required.

Qualifications

• Positive attitude and love working with people.
• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• Current state-required CNA/HHA/CHHA certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, engaging personal care services, support and companionship.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Monitor changes in residents and update their personal Resident Care Plan with the Nurse.
• Encourage participation in community programs and activities.
