Job summary

Comfort Keepers of North Georgia is seeking a compassionate CNA to join our team in Jasper/Big Canoe. The caregiver will provide companionship and personal care, assist with daily activities, bathing, eating and toileting, and help with ambulation.

Dependability, empathy, and prior Parkinson’s experience are valued, and willingness to use a Sit to Stand device is required. Starting pay ranges up to $20–$23 per hour based on availability, credentials and experience.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ to apply.
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds.
• Current certifications in CPR, First Aid, and a TB skin test (not required to apply, but must be completed before orientation).
• Reliable transportation, valid auto insurance, and a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Patient care: provide hygiene and daily living assistance, help with bathing, toileting, meals, ambulating and positioning.
• Professional development: maintain any specialized training and perform additional tasks as needed.
