Job summary

HomeWell Care Services GA311 is hiring immediately for compassionate caregivers, CNAs, and PCAs for client assignments in the Big Canoe community near Jasper, Georgia. We are building a caregiver team to support future clients in Jasper, Ball Ground, and surrounding areas.

Available hours depend on client needs, caregiver availability, and service location. This role offers competitive pay, weekly pay, flexible scheduling, W-2 employment with agency support, and ongoing training with RN care

Qualifications

• Georgia CNA certification or PCA eligibility.
• Caregiving experience preferred but not required.
• Compassionate, dependable, and professional demeanor.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to service areas.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with bathing, dressing, grooming.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Assist with mobility and transfers while promoting safety.
• Provide medication reminders and meal preparation.
• Perform light housekeeping related to the client's care.
• Observe and report changes in a client's condition, safety, needs, or home environment.
• Communicate professionally with clients, families, caregivers, and office staff.
• Follow individualized care plans and document services accurately.
