Qualifications

• Active North Carolina CNA credential.
• Active North Carolina PCA credential.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to the shifts accepted.
• Strong communication with clients, families, and office team.
• Comfortable working independently in a client's home.
• Genuine passion for caregiving and building relationships.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting and mobility.
• Provide companionship and meaningful social interaction.
• Prepare meals and assist with light household tasks.
• Help clients stay safe, comfortable and as independent as possible.
• Observe and communicate changes in a client's condition.
• Maintain clear communication and required documentation.
