Job summary

Twin City Trails in Twin City, GA is seeking a compassionate Nursing Assistant to support residents with daily living activities, monitor health, and collaborate with the care team. You’ll help with bathing, dressing and mobility while upholding infection control and safety standards.

This role requires a valid CNA license or approved training, prior caregiving experience preferred, and strong communication and organizational skills to document care accurately and respond to residents’ needs

Qualifications

• Valid CNA license or completion of an approved training program.
• Previous experience as Nursing Assistant or in a similar role is preferred.
• Knowledge of caregiving techniques and working with people with developmental disabilities is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to effectively communicate with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Monitor vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the nursing staff.
• Assist with mobility and transferring of patients.
• Provide emotional support and companionship to patients.
• Follow infection control protocols and maintain a clean and safe environment.
• Document patient information accurately and timely.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure the highest quality of care for patients.
