Job summary

MGA Homecare in Tucson, AZ is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide essential patient care under RN supervision. You will document tasks, monitor vitals, assist with mobility, daily living activities, and participate in the Home Health Plan of Care.

The role requires a valid CNA license, CPR certification, TB screening/Chest X-Ray results, and ability to lift up to 100 pounds, with strong teamwork and professional conduct.

Qualifications

• Must have CNA certification and CPR certification.
• Current, unencumbered CNA license to practice.
• TB test or Chest X-Ray results must be provided.
• Physical ability to assist patients and lift up to 100 pounds.
• Ability to communicate with RN Case Manager and team.

Responsibilities

• Document patient tasks and vitals per plan of care.
• Assist patients with ROM and prescribed exercises.
• Help with bed mobility, transfers, dressing, and grooming.
• Change bed linens and manage patient laundry.
• Assist with meals and incidental errands as needed.
• Communicate significant changes to RN Case Manager.
• Attend MDT meetings as recommended.
• Complete clinical documentation accurately and timely.
