Qualifications

• Must hold CNA/SRNA/GNA license or have completed an approved training program.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming) and mobility.
• Monitor vital signs and report changes to nursing staff.
• Document patient information accurately and timely.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure high quality care.
• Provide emotional support and companionship to patients.
• Follow infection control protocols and maintain a clean, safe environment.
• Assist with transferring patients and ensuring safety during mobility.
