Job summary

Responsibilities

Assist patients with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting).
Monitor and record vital signs (temperature, pulse, respiration, blood pressure).
Support mobility needs (transferring, repositioning, ambulation).
Provide nutritional support and ensure proper hydration.
Maintain a clean, safe environment following infection control protocols.
Communicate patient status and changes with nursing staff.
Assist with basic procedures under supervision of nurses.
Document patient care activities accurately and timely per regulations.
